Theoretical Orientation
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. As a result, I place a strong importance on developing rapport with clients through warmth, kindness, mutual respect, and humor. My approach to therapy is primarily rooted in the principles of Attachment Theory, and I will often use techniques of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT).

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, weekend road trips, reading, movies, and board games.
