Molly employs a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapy, while also utilizing components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety and Motivational Interviewing, depending on the client's needs. Molly believes that therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist and she strives to facilitate growth and provide support for clients on their unique journeys towards healing. She particularly enjoys working with clients who have experienced trauma, and finds that art therapy plays a unique role as an intervention with traumatized individuals. Molly is committed to meeting people where they are and matching the best approach to their individual needs, whether it is talk therapy, art therapy, or some combination of the two.
I enjoy spending time with loved ones (particularly my husband and our two cats), art, traveling and immersing myself in nature.
