My Theoretical Orientation is Mindfulness Based CBT, Mind-Body (somatic) therapy, Addictions counseling and EFT.
I love the outdoors, backpacking, hiking, snowshoeing, running, etc. I have been a fitness trainer for over 3 decades and love to see my client achieve their health and fitness goals.
