I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology in 2014 in the Bay Area and currently in the practicum part of my Licensed Professional Counseling degree that will be obtained in April 2021. Previously I was a skills trainer/case manager for Western for 3 ½ years helping clients with various resources (housing, applying for disability, SNAP benefits) or other needs that were challenging or overwhelming. In addition, assisting with developing basic life skills such as (creating routines, structure, meal planning, organization, mindfulness and self-care practices).
Mikie is under the supervision of Miranda Gambetti, LPC.

I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and partner going on hikes, the coast or anything outdoors. I love to cook and try new recipes, but my all-time favorite food is sushi.
