Theoretical Orientation
I provide virtual therapy services for children and adults utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed lens. I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, family systems theory, attachment theory and psychodynamic theory depending on the individual and their unique needs and strengths. I have worked in the field of behavioral and mental health for over 16 years in schools and community-based settings and have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health needs. I practice from a collaborative approach to care and believe that a safe, respectful, and mutual relationship is at the center of our success together.
