Theoretical Orientation
I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when working with most clients. I believe that my clients lives are impacted by the world around them, and so I also use Systems Therapy to achieve a more holistic perspective. With those who have been impacted by trauma, I may also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Working with couples, I utilize The Gottman Method for healthy relationships.
More Information
I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and training my dog. I love board games, the fiber arts (embroidery, quilting), and reading.
