Luann Warren-Sohlberg PhD
Education
Dr. Warren-Sohlberg has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University, a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from University of Washington, and a Doctorate in Clinical and Community Psychology from DePaul University. In addition to training in psychotherapy, Luann worked in Community Mental Health, emergency room crisis work, and school-based programs. She has counseled individuals of all ages, couples, families, school staffs, churches, and humanitarian aid workers.

Luann incorporates a variety of approaches according to the needs of the client. Therapy ranges from brief, solution-focused work to longer-term, insight-oriented interpersonal therapy.

A trusting relationship between the client and the therapist offers the best opportunity for understanding and change. To that end, Luann listens carefully and validates feelings and experiences. She especially enjoys exploring how faith affects experience.
In addition to doing therapy, Luann loves backpacking with her husband, being involved at church, traveling, reading, seeing movies, walking with friends, and visiting her awesome adult children.
