Lindsay Hansen LMFT
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Chico where she majored in Religious Studies. She has her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. Lindsay is licensed in the state of Washington; she is also a Child Mental Health Specialist.
Lindsay has worked in various community mental health agencies treating children, adolescents and families for the last four years. She is passionate about working with youth who are struggling with their emotional, mental and relational health, as well as adults who are experiencing anxiety and emotional struggles as a result of a life transition (going to college, a new job, relationship, pre/post-natal stressors).

Lindsay works collaboratively with her clients and any family members involved in treatment. She works from a systems approach and incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her counseling. Lindsay encourages her clients to include any and all spiritual beliefs they find strength in.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and young son, cooking, reading, listening to music, doing art projects and going on walks with our dogs.
