I believe people come to counseling with different needs and different desires for how to sort through their difficulties. Based on that I shape therapy to what works best for the client. My approach is growth oriented, building on people's strengths, successes and positive experiences, while acknowledging and addressing the influence of the past. I believe that is is essential to develop a supportive, caring, honest relationship based on respect to assist people in meeting their self-defined goals.
When I'm not at work I enjoy traveling, spending time with my loved ones , cooking, gardening, camping, enjoying outdoor activities, reading and traveling.
