Laura primarily believes therapy works best if it is a integrated process using a variety of modalities. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Collaborative Problem Solving. Although techniques and methods are important the therapist – client relationship is the most important first and foremost.
I enjoy music, reading, gardening, walking my dog and spending time with my family.
