Krystal has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle specializing in adult attachment, trauma, and internalized oppression. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California Riverside where she also worked in the mental health field with her Bachelor's degree for six years.

Krystal Reece is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with over seven years of counseling experience specializing in depression, anxiety and PTSD. Krystal treats patients between the ages of 18-65 utilizing Person Centered, Strengths Based and Interpersonal counseling while maintaining Trauma Informed care in her approach with clients. Krystal has extensive experience counseling adults and providing treatment groups in both clinical and outpatient settings. In her clinical work Krystal is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as create modalities such as mixed media art and writing therapy and believes that creativity is a key component to healing.

In her free time Krystal enjoys spending time with her friends, site seeing and playing with her Siamese cat. She also loves being outdoors and creating art whenever she can.
