Kristi Cash White LPC
Education
Kristi received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University and is currently working on her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands. She is a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) for the State of Oregon. She has 25 years of experience in the field, primarily working in a non-profit organization, school, and private practice. Kristi has extensive experience working with children and teens, as well as young adults and parents.

Theoretical Orientation
Kristi believes in the healing power of connection, vulnerability, and relationship. She primarily utilizes person-centered, developmental, existential, and systems approaches to working with clients, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative techniques, and mindfulness. With children, Kristi facilitates play therapy, which allows children to communicate and find healing through the language of play.

Kristi has lived in the Portland area her entire life and has a great passion for Northwest living. She loves the outdoors - hiking, camping and exploring when she can. She is a faithful fan of the Trail Blazers and enjoys watching sports of almost any kind.
