My theoretical framework stems from Strength, Empowerment, and Psycho- Dynamic. I integrate a variety of techniques into the therapeutic process. Therapy is a collaborative and creative process that emphasizes ones internal resilience and innate ability to productively manage life's challenges. The therapeutic experience should encourage one to live a more satisfying and meaningful life. Therapy models include; Family Systems, Narrative restructuring, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment, Solution Focused.
I try to spend my free time enjoying nature; hiking, biking, running, and walking my dog. I enjoy Bikram Yoga and reading books (especially on topics of spirituality and self improvement).
