Theoretical Orientation
My approach is strongly informed by systems theory and attachment theory. In all of my interventions I operate from a trauma-informed perspective. I utilize techniques from multiple approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing.
