Services Offered

Individual therapy, group therapy, and relationship/couples therapy

Theoretical Orientation

I provide therapy from an integrative approach centered on a relational and multicultural framework. The backbone of my integrative approach lies within Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work focuses on creating meaning in my clients™ lives, increasing psychological flexibility, and identifying disruptive relational patterns to increase quality of relationships. I also focus understanding the similarities and differences in my own and my clients cultural values and backgrounds as these factors significantly impact the expectations of relationships, including the therapeutic relationship. I work to provide a deeper understanding how rigid and disruptive patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and relationships are impacted by contextual and cultural factors while balancing short-term, solution focused needs with long-term, insight-oriented therapy.
