Jennifer Pitt LMFT
MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of La Verne in La Verne California.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey between client and therapist. My role is to provide a safe environment where the client's views are respected and strengths are emphasized. I look at the whole person and take into account all aspects of their life while developing a plan that works for them. My approach blends attachment theory with cognitive behavioral techniques all while incorporating the client's own strengths and resources. I offer psychotherapy for children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families.
Attachment Theory drawing on Cognitive behavioral techniques as well as strengths based-client centered therapy.
In my spare time I enjoy exercise, crafting, and spending time with my family and friends.
