More Information
Jeff deals with addictions, parenting, communication, relational issues, stress, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Jeff has provided human resources/management consulting for organizations for more than twenty years. He is a Human Resources professional and broadcaster. Originally when he entered the helping services by working for a large non-profit organization (The Salvation Army), the management noticed that he was building positive relationships with the hardest to reach clients. Because Jeff is a recovering addict with more than forty years of sobriety, he had experienced all of the issues that the clients were experiencing. He has also taught classes and designed curriculum for post-secondary programs, including Bellingham Vocational Technical College (Washington), Northern Lights College (British Columbia), and the College of New Caledonia (British Columbia). In addition to his psychologist license in Washington, he is licensed as a Substance Use Disorders Professional Certification (CP-Washington State), Professional Teacher (Special Education, Physical Education, and Social Studies in Washington State), Registered Clinical Counsellor (British Columbia, Canada), Certified Human Resources Professional (British Columbia, Canada), Professional Teacher (Saskatchewan, Canada), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (Canada), and a Third Class Broadcaster (US Federal Communications Commission). Jeff is now available to you through Lifestance Health.
When Jeff is not working, he enjoys triathlons (Ironman Canada in 1988 & 1996), marathons (last 2004), racquet sports, dancing, community service, current events, and spectator sports.
