Jared uses many types of therapeutic approaches with the primary approaches being Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jared loves anything involving food and will try any local restaurant. He also is an animal lover, soccer player, hiker, and is learning to play guitar and ukulele.
