Individual, Family and Couples counseling.
James' treatment philosophy is based on the view that his clients are experts on their own lives. Whether he is working with individuals, couples, or families he takes a relational/systems approach to therapy. He believes that interactions (past and present) contribute to current situations. James also looks for relationships that can assist in resolving the problem. Through a collaborative process, he works to clearly define what his clients are looking to achieve in their work with him.. By taking a problem focused, strength based approach James helps to develop a plan that is specific to his client's individual needs.
In my off time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, reading and listening to music.
