Education
Iris Received her BA in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2007. Since then she has lived all along the West Coast working at correctional institutions and post-release facilities providing clinical and drug and alcohol counseling. She is under the supervision of Joshua Furtado, LPC.
Iris has provided clinical care in a variety of settings for 13 years. She has training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, intensive client management, as well as facilitating clinical groups such as Anger Management & Seeking Safety.
