Heather Fogg MA
Heather received her Master's Degree (MA) in Art Therapy Counseling from Marylhurst University and her Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Her past experience includes concentrated work with children with trauma, anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism. She has also worked with developmentally delayed adults and adult survivors of domestic violence.
Individual and Group Counseling for children ages 6-16.
Heather supports children using a client-centered, collaborative, eclectic approach, allowing the utilization of techniques best suited to the individual client. Heather is trained in art therapy, a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In addition to art therapy, Heather frequently uses behavioral therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches.
I enjoy traveling to places I have never been, running and spending time with my husband, children and puppy.
