Education
Hayley earned a Master of Science in Education with an Emphasis in Early Childhood from Capella University. She is currently taking coursework toward certification as a BCBA at Oregon Institute of Technology. Hayley has experience working with children ages 3-7 in school, residential, and clinic settings.

Intensive 1:1, In-home, group therapy for those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Theoretical Orientation
Hayley conducts ABA therapy which uses evidence-intervention to help individuals including those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Treatment includes Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior. Treatment includes: Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Incidental Teaching, Reciprocal Imitation Training (RIT), Functional Communication Training (FCT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Precision Teaching, and Social Skills Training.

When not at work, Hayley loves spending time with her son Davindra. Together they enjoy camping, cooking, reading good books, and simply having fun!
