Glenn Maia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA) with over 10 years of experience - he specializes in depression, anxiety, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Parenting, Life Transitions, Stress, Family, and Interpersonal Conflict. He treats clients between the ages of 6 and 90, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems in his approach with clients. Over the past 10 years he has worked with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, families, couples, and groups in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings.
Glenn enjoys spending time with his children, family, and friends in his free time. He also enjoys the outdoors, writing, playing music, and the occasional home project.
