Adlerian, with a family systems perspective. I carry the belief that the client is and will always be the expert in their own lives, therefore all therapeutic work is conducted collaboratively. Additional orientations: Attachment, DBT and play therapy.
I am a very tactile person and my hobbies reflect this; anything I can get my hands on including sewing, knitting, embroidery, cross-stitch, gardening, cooking. In addition, I greatly enjoy the outdoors and will get outside to explore anytime I can, and nearly in any weather conditions.
