Individual Therapy. I will see couples, but I interview clients prior to taking them for couples' therapy.
I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in combination with Existentialism and Client-Centered approaches. Psycho-educating about the thought process and addressing negative thoughts, help clients to make healthy choices and to feel more comfortable with such decisions and to take ownership of their own actions and/or decisions. Treatment goals are based on the clients' needs and is an on-going and collaborative process.
I like traveling, playing videogames, going to the movies, relaxing at home, cooking, spending time with family and friends, listening to the music, dancing, reading, and watching tv shows and movies.
