Individual and Group Counseling
Emma believes that there are many different approaches to therapy. What works for one person might not work for another. She believes that by developing a strong therapeutic relationship we will find what works best. We all have a history and are doing the best we can with what we know, if we address barriers and unhealthy behaviors we can continue to improve and live a more satisfying life. Some approaches she uses come from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused, emotion focused and motivational interviewing
Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
