Child, Adolescent, Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling
I use an integrative approach that is primarily person-centered. However, I also use strategies from emotions focused, cognitive behavioral, and solutions focused counseling.
I spend my free time trying new recipes, playing with my dog, and spending time with my family and friends. I consider myself solar-powered and spend time in the sun any chance I get.
