“In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer” – Albert Camus
My psycho-therapy style is integrative and holistic, that is, I blend elements from different psychotherapeutic approaches and explore spiritual resources to address change and bring about increased well-being, based on a client’s needs. Art and play therapy techniques, cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness and psycho-dynamic awareness of relational interactions as well as a solution-focused approach are core components of my therapeutic approach.
Christine enjoys walking, hiking, classical music, playing the piano, reading and gardening. She has been a pilgrim to Santiago de Compostela.
