Education
Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno in 2012. She then earned her Master's of Social Work degree from California State University, Fresno in 2015. She worked in an outpatient community mental health clinic in Prescott, Arizona from 2015-2018. She then worked in a private practice in Lake Oswego, OR from 2018-2019. She has experience working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She also has experience working with couples and families.

Chelsea believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is imperative to the healing process, so she works hard to create an environment in which clients feel heard, understood, and respected. She tailors her approach to the individual, but often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. When working with couples, she utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy.
