Individual and Couples therapy.
Chelsea believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is imperative to the healing process, so she works hard to create an environment in which clients feel heard, understood, and respected. She tailors her approach to the individual, but often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. When working with couples, she utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Chelsea loves spending time outside with her husband and two dogs.
