Theoretical Orientation
I approach counseling as a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. I follow an integrated counseling orientation with a strong emphasis on process-oriented, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based methods. My hope is to help you develop a greater understanding and acceptance of your internal processes, while also feeling empowered to identify barriers to growth and make adjustments as needed.

In my personal time, I enjoy going for walks and hikes, seeing live music, dancing, singing karaoke, and spending time with my family, friends, and kittens.
