Individual and Group Therapy
Brittany approaches counseling as a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. Together, you will explore your strengths and challenges, and work on developing new strategies to help you feel successful and healthy. She believes it is important to meet your current needs and align with your journey, while emphasizing hope and self-confidence. Brittany follows an integrated counseling orientation with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed, humanistic, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based methods. Her hope is to help you find a greater understanding and acceptance of your internal processes, while also feeling empowered to identify barriers to growth and make adjustments as needed.
In my personal time, I enjoy going for walks and hikes, seeing live music and dancing, going to karaoke, and spending time with family, friends, and my kittens.
