Arabeth received her MA in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 2002. She has post-graduate certification in therapy with foster care and adoptive families, from Portland State University (2013). Arabeth has worked in community mental health settings, residential treatment centers and special education classrooms.

Arabeth primarily uses aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, trauma focused approaches, solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques to create change and help people reach their goals.
