Theoretical Orientation
I practice from a client-centered perspective, and am happy to integrate strategies and wisdom from other schools of thought depending on your needs and preferences. I know it may take us a little while to find our rhythm, so I recognize the importance of trying to foster open and honest therapeutic relationships from the start. I have worked in elder abuse prevention and geriatric care, and also love to work with children, adolescents, and families.
More Information
I usually find a new hobby every couple of years or so, and I've had phases with plants, skincare, yarn, coffee, etc.
