Alexandra Cimpan MA, LPC Intern
Alexandra received her B.S. in Psychology from Portland State University and earned her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in California. She has also been certified as a yoga instructor.
Alexandra practices from a holistic perspective that seeks to integrate the mind, body, emotions, and spirit into the therapeutic process, believing that true wellness stems from the integration of all aspects of our being. She seeks to incorporate cultural contexts along with the individual wisdom that moves each person towards growth and greater well being. Alexandra facilitates the therapeutic process through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eco-Therapy, Narrative Therapy, psychoanalytic, systemic and somatic principles, along with a variety of other therapeutic formulations such as meditation and self-inquiry practices.
In her free time, Alexandra enjoys gardening, hiking, spending time with her pets, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
