Outpatient Mental Health
Western's core service is providing Individual, Family, or Group Therapy to promote positive outcomes. Issues can range from adjusting to a difficult situation, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, or other mental health conditions. We have psychologists, social workers, and counselors who serve an array of specialty areas. To see a list of specialties and clinicians, use our helpful Advanced Practitioner lookup.
For our therapy clients, we also have Psychiatric Evaluation and Management services for psychiatric medications. We are not a psychiatric clinic that focuses solely on medications. We ask that all our clients utilize therapy as a primary treatment. As a result, if you are primarily interested in psychiatric medications, it is best to locate a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner through your health plan.

To connect to a visit, find your clinician in our Staff Directory and click on the button for Virtual Visit. This will place you in the waiting room for your clinician.
We should note that many health plans have approved the use of a phone during this public health emergency, as well. This is an option if it is not possible to make a video connection.
