General Information
I believe in providing a supportive and creative environment, enabling clients to access their innate strengths. I coach clients who seek to live more mindful, flexible, authentic, and vital lives. I also believe in a holistic view of clients' emotional, physical, social and spiritual dimensions. My goal is to facilitate clients as they grow and change, while increasing their self-awareness through this process. My theoretical orientation includes client centered and collaborative approaches, motivational enhancement, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
