My goal is to facilitate clients as they grow and change, while increasing their self-awareness through this process. My theoretical orientation includes client centered and collaborative approaches, motivational enhancement, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Areas of special interest: Stress Management, Addictions (including nicotine cessation), Mindfulness and First Responder Stress/Coping/Adjustment.
