More Information
Liv Pennelle is a Certified Social Work Associate in Oregon who has been practicing since 2023. She has an MSW from Portland State University. Liv works from a strengths-based and empowerment framework. That means she believes individuals are the expert in their own lives; her job is to collaborate with them to feel empowered and skilled to overcome life’s challenges. Whether that’s learning to understand life through a neurodivergent lens, exploring an LGBTQIA+ identity, or finding strategies to overcome anxiety and depression, Liv can help through a skills-based and empathetic approach. Liv likes to consider herself to be affirming and provides a space for folks to feel heard and accepted. In her free time, Liv loves plants, gardening, entertaining her dog, long walks, and time outside. She often buys more books than she can possibly read and is really great at finding helpful random information.
