His practice encompasses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and he is also a Nationally Board-Certified Hypnotherapist. While Glenn has developed a particular expertise in treating complex PTSD, stress, and anxiety, his experience is far more extensive. Having worked in a large medical organization for several years, Glenn is well-equipped to handle a variety of mental health concerns. This experience has given him a broad skill set, allowing him to offer support to individuals facing a wide range of challenges beyond his specialties. At the core of Glenn’s approach is the principle of Feedback-Informed Care. He believes strongly in the value of listening to his clients and shaping treatment plans that are uniquely suited to their individual needs. This personalized approach underlines his dedication to effective, adaptable, and client-centered therapy. While his primary focus is on adult therapy, Glenn’s expertise is not limited to adults alone. He also has experience working with children, families, and couples. Outside of his professional endeavors, Glenn enjoys life in the Portland metropolitan area with his partner, two children, three dogs, and two cats. His personal passions extend to traveling internationally, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, and yoga. In addition to these pursuits, Glenn is dedicated to creating a wide array of therapeutic content. This includes guided meditations, guidebooks, resources, handouts, and exercises, all aimed at enhancing the therapeutic process. He offers these materials for free online, providing invaluable support to his clients and the broader community. These creative efforts are not only integral to his therapy sessions but also demonstrate his commitment to making mental health support accessible to all.
