Regular Business Hours 9 am to 5 pm: Contact your primary Western location
Non-Medication Management Crisis Calls (current clients only)
For a Crisis situation that does not involve medication management, ask to speak to your therapist. The office staff will attempt to locate your therapist. Please stay on the line or provide a contact number. If your therapist is not available, you will be given the opportunity to speak with another therapist.
Medication Management Crisis Calls (current clients only)
For a Crisis situation that does involve medications, ask to speak with your Medication Management Practitioner (MD or PMHNP). The office staff will attempt to locate your MD / PMHNP. Please stay on the line or provide a contact number. If your MD / MHNP is not available, you will be given the opportunity to speak with another MD / PMHNP within Western.
After Hours Crisis Procedure: Contact the crisis line for Western at 503-727-3764
Please provide the Answering Service with the following information:
- Your name and telephone number
- The nature of the crisis and, in particular, if the crisis involves medication management issues/concerns
- The name of your primary therapist or MD / PMHNP
The Answering Service will attempt to make contact with your primary therapist for a non-medication crisis call or your MD / PMHNP (only if the problem involves medications) . If the Answering Service is unable to contact your primary therapist, the On-Call therapist for Western will be paged, the On-Call Therapist will contact you and assist with the crisis.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest Hospital's emergency department
